Drills

Using the Balance Bat with the following drills will mechanically improve a hitter's swing. The easiest of drills is to just blend in your Balance Bat with your Game Bat. If you are hitting off a batting tee use your Game Bat three times and then switch to the Balance Bat for the next three swings. The Balance Bat is perfect for contact and non-contact drills.

The Balance Bat uses eccentric, isometric, and isokinetic (constant velocity of motion) muscle actions to train hitters. The goal is to train hitters to understand their body patterns as they are their best coaches. and able to understand adjustments they need during game time swings.
