I agree to the following Balance Hitting, LLC, Terms & Conditions

When using the Balance Baseball, Softball, or Stick Bats the user must follow these rules:

  • Must always wear a helmet
  • Must not exceed 65 miles per hour (MPH) with any pitched ball
  • Use the following drills:
    • Dry Swings
    • Impact Bag Swings
    • Batting Tee Swings
    • Soft-Toss Swings
    • Front – Toss Swings
    • Batting Practice (Not to exceed 65 mph pitched ball)

Balance Bat is solely intended to be used within the scope of the above safety rules and use restrictions. The user is personally responsible for any property damage, personal injury to themselves or others, and all other damages incurred due to their actions or omissions if not adhering to the above safety rules.

Balance Bats are ‘NOT’ MLB or MiLB approved and the player is solely responsible for any and all MLB or MiLB game and/or practice use.

Balance Bats have a five (7) day build once the order has been received. If the Balance Bat is in our current inventory your Balance Bat will be shipped the next day if the order is received after 2:00 PM EST.


Balance Hitting orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Orders received before 2:00 PM EST will ship same day.  Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day.

Transit Times

Expect all ground delivery to take 2-7 business days to arrive.  We will provide tracking numbers for all orders shipped and in transit.

Returns, Warranties, and Refunds

We stand by the Balance Bat 100%.  Our goal is to insure that you receive your products new and free of defects.  You may return your Balance Bat within 7 days of purchase for free, as long as it is in the original condition and packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for return of product.  We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage for returning a product during return shipment. A 21 day warranty is offered on the Balance Bat.  This warranty covers manufacture defects and does not cover normal wear and tear.  If you have a warranty claim, please contact us at: balancehitting@gmail.com within 21 days of your purchase.  We will need your invoice as proof of purchase. Once your return is authorized, we will email you a returns authorization to include with your shipment.

Important: All items shipped to us without a returns authorization will not be accepted and will be returned back to sender.  Upon receiving a returns authorization, you will be responsible to ship the item back to us at your cost.  The replacement Balance Bat will be shipped to you at our cost.  All returned items are subject to inspection to verify whether the item is defective. We will not honor the return should the item show normal wear and tear. All items not meeting the qualifications of our returns policy will be held at our warehouse for your pickup, or we can ship the item back to you with your paid shipping cost.

Refunds or Replacement

Once we’ve received, inspected, and approved your return for a refund, we will refund only the cost of the item.  Though we paid for your original shipping cost during the initial purchase, we will refund only the cost of the product less our shipping cost for the original order.

Legal Jurisdiction


Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the relationship, either during the existence of the relationship or afterwards, between the parties hereto, their assignees, their affiliates, their attorneys, or agents, shall be litigated solely in state or federal court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
